TenWordsPerMinute is a slow typing text editor: you have to type very slowly or the program will change the letter that appears and it will not correspond with the key you pressed; in addition, you cannot delete, instead the backspace button overwrites the previous characters without removing them. The concept of the work questions the requirement for speed in the contemporary world where everything is determined in terms of productivity. What would happen if instead we had to type very slowly? How would that change our writing and communications? From these questions and using the program, I made a series of performances in which the premise is to maintain a written communication with others, while reducing the typing speed to the minimum.
